maintain and improve. It’s a major part of our mission statement and has enabled us to frequently exceed our customer’s expectations and delight him with value priced products. Units like the 2-ton service body, 2-ton service/lube combination body or 2-ton heavy duty lube unit are what keep our customers coming back to us at replacement time. 

We are also the Nation’s #1 customizer…a one-stop-shop. No, that doesn’t mean that we don’t build standard body configurations…we do! The fact of the matter is, in our book, it’s what the customer wants that matters…so we do it for him!

The markets we serve cover a broad spectrum of customers from heavy equipment distributors, contractors and mines to railroads, loggers and municipalities. We serve them all with quality products, and see that they get prompt service whenever it’s needed to maximize uptime, revenue and product service life. Some users have kept their Maintainer bodies in service over the life of three chassis…one user recently sold his 4-year old model 6-1-084 mounted on an F450 chassis with 120,000 miles on it for  80% of the original purchase price! Maintainer products typically bring a 10-15% premium over “competitive units” at auction. 

We pride ourselves on being able to design and build products that truly meet our customer’s needs. Our engineering software allows us to model designs in three dimensions providing both speed and accuracy. Parts are plasma table cut for further accuracy and repeatability, then welded and painted in a state-of-the-art paint and oven facility. Cleaning and paint prep is done meticulously and final installation is done by professionals with over 80 years of combined experience with building the best.
