Painter Overview
The high-quality paint job on a Maintainer truck is what really sets our units apart from the competition. This doesn’t happen by accident: we rely on skilled and knowledgeable automotive painters to put their expertise to use to ensure every one of our customers is happy with the end product.
As a Painter at Maintainer, you can enjoy a steady workflow with a team of other PPG-certified painters. You’ll work in a downdraft paint booth with up-to-date painting equipment and top-of-the-line safety equipment. You’ll participate in training through PPG and stay up-to-date on the latest tools and techniques. We also offer the variety of working on a custom-designed product where no two trucks are exactly alike.
Requirements
Qualified applicants should have a basic knowledge of auto body surface preparation and painting techniques.
2 years prior auto body painting experience is required.
The ability to read and understand blueprints is required.
