2-Ton Body Enhancements

2-Ton mechanics service bodies will incorporate numerous upgrades and enhancements that will become standard on new MY2026 units equipped with our new crane line.

These enhancements include:

• Increasing rear compartment widths from 24 inches to 30 inches to provide additional storage capacity.
• Reduced bottom-door-face dimension of 1.5 inches, down from 2.5 inches.
• Upgraded substructure utilizing new high-strength materials, resulting in a 2-inch reduction in overall height and an approximate weight reduction of 300 pounds.

Additional improvements include:

• Extended vertical outriggers for improved ground penetration and the elimination of removable outrigger pads.
• New galvannealed wheel skirts with composite flares to reduce weight and improve corrosion resistance.
• Compartment tops will feature our new Universal Rail System (URS).
• Crane pedestal compartment designed to accommodate our new crane line 65620 (40K ft*lbs.) through the 14625 (90K ft*lbs.) along with the EH/H3516 through 5520 models.

Changes to PSS

We are changing the Pressurized Storage System (PSS) fan/filter standard color covers to black to provide a consistent common color for stocking.

Center Deck Tarp Covers

We are excited to be able to now offer center deck tarp covers. For many years we only offered the bow system skeleton leaving the dealer/customer to add their own tarp cover after delivery. That method is still available, but we can now provide the finished tarp cover for a complete turnkey product.

Updated Wheel Chock Storage Option

We are now offering a new updated tire chock storage option located in the wheel well area. AO-51492 Tire chock storage for (2) chocks built into the wheel skirting (non-crane side).
