Maintainer's Warranties Have Your Back

Maintainer equipment is built to last, and we stand behind that with warranties designed to protect your investment. From our service bodies and cranes to manufactured components and drawer sets, your purchase is backed by multi-year coverage, a responsive support team, and a clear warranty claim process.

Below you’ll find an overview of what’s covered, how long it’s covered for, and how to file a claim if needed. For full terms and eligibility, download the detailed PDF or reach out to our Service Team directly.

Our Standard Warranties

Coverage begins on the date your equipment is put into service and the Warranty Registration card is returned.

Five (5) Year Coverage

  • Crane structure (base plate, tower, booms)
  • Body substructure (cross members, main sills)
  • Rust-through on service body panels, doors, and wheel wells

Three (3) Year Coverage

  • Maintainer-manufactured components and replacement components
  • Paint coverage on structural elements (excludes normal wear and cosmetic damage)

Two (2) Year Coverage

  • Labor on Maintainer workmanship
  • Purchased components supplied and installed by Maintainer

Important Notes

  • Registration card must be returned within 30 days of purchase.
  • Claims must be submitted within 30 days of failure.
  • Labor charges must be pre-authorized by Maintainer.
  • The chassis and any post-purchase modifications are not covered.

DuaLock™ Aluminum Drawer Warranty

Our DuaLock drawer systems are backed by their own warranty.

Five (5) Year Coverage

To qualify, products must be used as intended and not altered. Removing permanent dividers voids the warranty.

How to Activate Your Warranty

First time owner? Send in your Warranty Registration Card or register your warranty online within 30 days of purchase to activate your coverage.

How to File a Warranty Claim

If you need to file a claim, follow these basic steps:

  1. Contact Maintainer to get a Warranty Claim Authorization Number.
  2. Return any defective parts, freight prepaid, within 30 days (when requested).
  3. Submit a completed Warranty Claim Service Report.
  4. A Maintainer representative will review and determine eligibility.
