As We Wrap Up Our Big Show Season (and My First), I have a Few Thoughts

While there were many impressive things to see at both shows—a flurry of new products across industries, along with the flashy lights and billboards in these faraway cities—a few things stood out even more.
The genuine relationships our sales team has built with our dealer groups were truly remarkable to witness. Admittedly, I hadn’t spent enough time with either our sales team or dealers prior to the shows, so I didn’t fully realize how meaningful those relationships are on both sides.
Seeing individuals speak so highly of their sales representatives, and hearing the sales team speak just as highly of our production team, really highlights the strength of our team mentality. I’m honored to play even a small part in that and grateful for the opportunity to meet so many partners and experience those interactions firsthand.
