The Training Department recently hosted its annual Junior Day event for local high school students, giving them an inside look at career opportunities at Maintainer and showcasing the Maintainer University program.

Congratulations to these students on their hard work and accomplishments. We look forward to seeing them continue to grow in their skills and careers.

Maintainer University, or Maintainer U, is designed to help students and employees build real-world skills through hands-on training, classroom instruction, and exposure to the many career paths available within our company. The program continues to be a valuable way to introduce young people to manufacturing, welding, chassis prep, and other skilled trades while helping develop the next generation of Maintainer team members.
Maintainer U will soon be releasing a catalog of available courses and training opportunities. This catalog will provide employees with a clearer look at the classes offered and the many ways Maintainer U can support continued learning and career development.
Congratulations to Irma Chilel and Sandra Chavez for successfully passing their driver’s license permit process. Both put in the time and effort to prepare for the test by taking classes through Maintainer U. Their dedication is a great example of how training and determination can open new doors.
