Nothing says summer quite like great food, good company, and time spent together. That’s why we’re excited to begin our Summer Grill & Chill Fridays tradition!
Every Friday throughout the summer, employees can enjoy a complimentary lunch – fresh off the grill, served by members of our Executive Team. It’s a great opportunity to take a break from the workday, enjoy some summer favorites, and connect with coworkers across the company.
To make sure everyone gets a chance to participate, we’ll be rotating locations each week: North Plant, South Plant, Rock Rapids.
The rotation will continue throughout the summer, bringing the Grill & Chill experience to each facility. Whether you’re stopping by for a burger, brat, hot dog, or simply some conversation with teammates, these gatherings are all about building connections and celebrating the season together.
We encourage everyone to come out, grab a plate, and spend some time socializing with colleagues.
Our Safety Plinko program gives employees the chance to turn their commitment to workplace safety into exciting prizes. By following safe work practices and demonstrating our safety-first culture, employees can earn Safety Tokens throughout the month.
Once you’ve earned a token, simply stop by HR to redeem it and take your shot at the Safety Plinko board. Every drop gives you a chance to win great prizes, including:
