Aidyn Schemper is bringing fresh ideas and a creative mindset to Maintainer this summer as a Marketing Department intern. A Dordt University student studying Business Marketing and Entrepreneurship, Aidyn was drawn to Maintainer for the chance to gain broad marketing experience within a larger company and see how the marketing process comes together in a real business setting.
So far, Aidyn has worked on social media content, emails, and a variety of day-to-day marketing projects. She enjoys that no two days are the same, giving her opportunities to learn new skills, take on different tasks, and build confidence in her marketing and branding abilities.
Looking ahead, Aidyn hopes to find a marketing role focused on content creation and branding. Outside of work, she is preparing for an exciting milestone: getting married this summer!

Maintainer’s Engineering Department is pleased to welcome Isaiah Van Noord, a Mechanical Engineering student at Dordt University, to the team.
Isaiah was introduced to Maintainer through a fellow church member and saw the opportunity as a great way to gain hands-on experience close to home. Since joining the department, he has helped with redesigning parts, creating instructions, standardizing drawings, and assisting with other projects.
Through his internship, Isaiah is learning how engineering and design come together in a manufacturing environment while building problem-solving skills for the future. He has especially enjoyed working alongside and learning from others in the department.
Outside of work, Isaiah has a unique story: his front two teeth were once knocked out while playing hockey goalie.
After graduation, he hopes to use what he has learned to serve others in whatever role he is called to.
The Marketing Department is excited to welcome back Hailey Honkomp as an intern at Maintainer this summer.
Hailey is a Marketing and Management student at the University of South Dakota. After interning with Maintainer last year and loving the experience, she was excited to return for another opportunity to learn, contribute, and gain real-world marketing experience.
This summer, Hailey is helping with AppSpace, Maintainer’s employee communication channel, social media projects, and larger marketing efforts, including Maintainer’s 50th Anniversary Celebration. The celebration has been a highlight, giving her the chance to help with planning, execution, and seeing the event come together.
Hailey hopes to learn more about day-to-day marketing and eventually build a career as a marketing director.
Fun facts: she is a triplet and has her marriage officiant license.
