Inventory Feeds the System

It is critical to our production flow that we have accurate information on our inventory. You may think that only a few people control this. However, there are many people that have an impact on it that may not realize it. The most important thing to remember is that accurate transactions lead to accurate inventory. You may not be the one that actually enters data into Global Shop, however, your actions may cause the inventory to be off. Communications with the right people is key. 
If there are parts that you think you don't need or are not correct, notify your lead / supervisor. Don't just throw them away. 
If you need parts out of the parts room, work through someone in that area so that they know inventory needs to be adjusted in the system. 
How else may you be impacting inventory? The smallest things can make big differences.
